Udon Ishii   Stringy udon noodles saute'd in a dark and tangy Japanese house sauce with carrots, fresh mushrooms, and scallions. Topped with a bean sprouts mix.
     
Pat Thai   Thai style rice noodles saute'd with a sweet pad thai sauce, sprinkled with peanuts, mixed with cabbage, carrots, and peas. Topped with a bean spout mix.
     
Skip to My Noodle   Steaming wavey egg noodles covered in butter and sprinkled with parmesan. A shake or two of our special seasoning if you so desire.
     
Burning Bahena   Bow tie pasta saute'd in a jalapeno hot salsa with black beans and corn but cooled off a bit by a topping of daily fresh-diced pico de gallo
     
MaryAnn-Ara   Old school penne noodles buried in Mito marinara and covered with grated parmesan and sprinkled with parsley.
     
Pesto Espo   Bow tie pasta tossed with garlic, fresh mushrooms, spinach and tomatoes. Saute'd in a creamy basil pesto sprinkled with parmesan and parsley.
     
Deloricious   A tasty blend of pure olive oil and organic garlic tossed in spaghetti noodles with fresh basil, tomatoes, red onion, and scallions [which, at your request, can be made spicy). Finished with Parm cheese and parsley.
     
Long Haired Hippie Jeff   Wok fried Asian egg noodles sautéed in a veggie broth with red onions, cabbage, and, carrots, then simmered in a mushroom sauce. Topped with a few sprigs of cilantro.
     
Mac-a-Mitoodle   Hot elbow noodles smothered in a real Wisconsin cheese sauce and topped with a melted shredded cheddar-jack blend.
     
Toni-Fresh   Bow tie pasta sautéed in a balsamic-summer sauce with spinach, mushrooms, red onion, and red peppers. Garnished with feta and parsley.
     
Pink & Rich   Penne pasta bowled with mushrooms, red peppers, spinach, and tomatoes saute'd in a pink sauce and sprinkled with parmesan and parsley.

Sandwiches
   
     
The Fabrano   An Elmhurst version of Miami's favorite Cuban sandwich. Toasted Italian roll with sliced pork, ham, mozzarella, pickles, onions, and spicy mustard. Served with plantain chips and a pickle.
     
Starkey   Fresh Italian bread cut submarine style with a big helping of smoked turkey covered with mozzarella and bleu cheese crumbles, squirted with shots of mayo and thinly sliced red onions. Served with chips and pickle.
     
Tracistrami   Freshly sliced pastrami on a pretzel roll with mozzarella and spicy mustard. Served with chips and pickle.
     
Salads
   
     
Caesar   Fresh greens tossed in our homemade Caesar dressing sprinkled with croutons and parmesan.
     
Stinky Caesar   Our Caesar got spicy with a local favorite (Siracha) and made stinky by feta cheese and red onions.
     
Chop Hseih   Fresh greens mixed with a cabbabe blend tossed with carrots, sprouts, sun-dried cherries, and a sesame ginger dressing and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
     
Becky Blast   Fresh cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and green olives that are marinated in a sweet rice vinegar and drizzled with balsamic then topped with a sprinkle of paprika and a sprig of cilantro.
     
Richie the Greek   Fresh greens tossed with authentic Greek dressing, Red Onions, Feta, Peperocinni, olives, and tomatoes.
